Fast food restaurants or quick serve restaurants are very popular over the world, also in the Middle East. On this page those restaurants are up till now only American style fast food restaurants. Fast food, or fastfood, take way, take out or fingerfood, is sold in every country. It's prepared and served in a quick way, to be eaten straight away, hence the term fast food. It contains a meat, poultry (mostly chicken), fish or vegetable part, served with a soft drink and fries, maybe a salade and sometimes a desert. Fast food restaurants are very suited to be used as drive-in restaurants.
